My Dear Chamber Members and Friends,

Happy 2010! The year of 2010 will be an exciting year for the Chamber, as we will host a variety of events, creating an opportunity for business persons to network, connect and strengthen relationships.

To start the year with the right foot, we have scheduled for Saturday, January 30th our traditional BACCF Feijoada (the delicious “Brazilian Beans”). Be sure, you and your friends meet us there. At this fun-filled event we will introduce the recently elected Board of Directors, and most importantly welcome the new Chamber members.

Directory 2010 – Now is the time for everyone to place an ad in this valuable tool! The Chamber is finalizing the 2010 Directory, which will stress the importance of the “Going Green” trend. It is a good time for you to place your ad in the Directory and expose your business to Chamber Members, associations in Brazil and the US and thousands of other important readers.

Committees – Time to join one! Chambers of Commerce are only as dynamic as their members; and that is what you our members are - dynamic. One of the best ways to maximize your membership is by getting involved in a committee. The Chamber’s committee structure allows a broader cross-section of the membership to play an integral and active role in the organization’s mission of building stronger business relations between Brazil and the United States. This is the perfect time for you to join one of the Committees. Fill out and file your application and join one of the 10 working Committees.
